Board Policies & Community Protections
The Invictus Academy of Richmond Board of Directors has adopted an Educational Equity and Immigration Policy that reaffirms our commitment to protecting the rights, safety, and educational access of all students, regardless of immigration status. This policy outlines the protections in place for students and identifies resources available to support members of the Invictus community.
The Board is also expected to adopt an additional policy, Policy Regarding Immigration Enforcement Activity, at the Board meeting on January 28. This policy will provide further guidance on how Invictus responds to immigration enforcement activity, clarify additional protections for students, and expand resources available to families.
